Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Finding Your Core TLT followed by all of the aerobic segments of Better Burn Better Buns.

Nicole - Thanks for posting that rotation. Is that something Kathryn did with results? Also, when it says upper body work, does that mean total upper body? I wonder how she would incorporate Power 90 X in that rotation if she means total upper body, cuz those are broken down in parts.

Dallas - Yes, I buy the oils on the internet. I know a lot about different notes and have a really good idea of what I like and don't like. I've been into perfume oils for over 10 years and I've been buying them mail order for about that long. You learn over time how different notes smell. Also, if I don't like something, there is a Forum for the oils that you can sell it on or I sell them on E-bay.

Today I plan on doing Complete body sculpting. I never did do it yesterday, but I did ride my bike for 45 min. so at least I did do something:p

Lora I plan on starting that rotation Feb 29th. If you care to join me??? I don't think you could use the P0X because that would take up WAY to much time. I plan on doing prmixes of SS, PP, etc.... Of upper body, and when I calls for lower body I plan on doing BBBB. Hope this helps!!

Marietta I think she means doing it this way.

Mon, Wed, Fri do ONE set of each of the workouts.

Tues, Thurs do THREE sets of each exercise:eek:

Good morning! I feel so removed from these forums lately---it's been an unusually busy February. Although I've been able to keep to the January rotation (for the most part), I haven't been able to add on like I wanted x( .

Yesterday was TaeboII Get Ripped Advanced and Core Max. This morning is Muscle Max and IMAX. I haven't done IMAX without the warmup, so I'm not sure how long that one will take once I fast forward through the recovery periods (have it on tape..grrr..).

Today is the LAST of all these interviews! I really want to get this process over so that I can stop thinking "IF I get this job....and IF I have to move..."

Good morning!!

Well...this morning I did BodyMax. I didn't expect to complete the entire workout but I did because I didn't want to stop.

I'll do some more cardio later, although I haven't figured out what I will be doing yet.

Lora - Not only are you the video workout queen, but also the Oil Queen...What else don't we know about you?

Nicole - Okay...Monday it is!!

Lisa - You have just been really busy...you're not removed, we've been hearing from you. We can certainly understand and respect your busy schedule. Hope you have good news for us...

Lora-How are you liking the Push DVD's now? Have you received the second shipment?

Nicole-I hope your kids get better soon. It seemed to take several days here before the boys were well enough to go back to school. DH went back to work today too. They are all still coughing though. I have it in the nose. I hope it doesn't last.

Lisa-I hope you get good news soon.

Marietta-Can I have some of your energy?! Please!?! LOL!

I am not sure if I will get a workout in again today since I can't breathe out my nose right. lol I also have to go to bunko tonight. There should be lots to eat. I will try to stay with the veggies, maybe. heehee.

Good Morning All!

Last night's pilates class was so good! I really like that instructor. You know I think she reminds me of that MTV pilates mix DVD that I have. I'll have to pull that on out more and do that on my own. I got to the class to early, so I did the elliptical and some leg extensions, prone leg curls, leg press, and deadlifts (3 sets each).

Lora ~ You ARE the oil queen! lol

Marietta ~ I thought of you last night. I hopped on the elliptical for 35 minutes. I wasn't sure about it, but then increased my level and did hills and it was all good! What type of workout do you do on the elliptical?

Nicole ~ Oh no, what do the kids have? My dd is still running a fever, but that is the only thing she has. Thankfully! I just got a call from the school about ds6 and the nurse thinks he has impetigo. What the heck is that? So, I've been trying to get through with the pediatrician.

Sabrina ~ I hope you get better soon! Have fun at Bunko. Yes, there was a lot of food. I stuck with the veggie tray too.

Lisa ~ Wow, that's a lot of interviewing. Good luck! We understand. We're here for you!

Diane Sue ~ How's the back?

ETA: I forgot to tell you what I plan to do. PS-BB and the treadmill. I must have turned the alarm this AM and not realized. :-( Also, the pilates instructor mentioned that pomegranate juice has the highest antioxidants of any juice. Anyone try it?

Ok bodymax for me today and a firm it up workout toniht. I didn't do one last night as I went with friends for dinner. Hey Sabrina I had the white chicken chili:) Then we saw a movie at the dollar theater. It was Romancing The Stone. Not that great of a movie but we had fun! OOps I meant Family STone not romancng the stone!

Terri it would'nt be the same without you:7 I did this a few years ago, and got bored with it, but I think with you guys doing it with me I should be able to stick with it!! For some reason when I am killing myself it helps me to think so are you LOL.. Btw I usually go as high as 25 pounds max with my barbell.

Also with the kick backs I don't have a machine.....So I will just load up with my ankle wts, and joilies.

BOY I sure hope I can get my butt looking like that :7

Lisa I sure hope you get that job!! Good luck!!

Dallas they are really congested and have aweful coughs. I will prob. send them to school tomorrow, but I think they need extra R&R, esp. my son.

My parents are coming tomorrow!! So I am getting the house ready!! If I am not here you will know Why!!

Good afternoon,
Today I did Kick Max w/u and cardio, then ran 2 miles on my treadmill, I followed with P90X Back&Biceps, Ab ripper X and 250 resisted crunches on the Bowflex. I decided to go with the order of the workouts and make up Plyometrics on another day. My back is doing much better. I am being careful on my moves. I will check back later. We are getting ready for lunch and I have my vegetable soup to cook up.

Hi everyone!

It's GREAT to be back exercising! (even if I am doing modifications). Today I did PLB-ball and Finding Your Core-TLT. This was my first time doing this w/o. I really liked it a lot.

Lora, About two years ago I was asked to help formulated massage oils. I would smell and combine different oils. I used a sesame base in them.

Nicole, thanks for the bbb website yesterday. I remember reading that once before from the bodybuilding.com website. Some were saying how great this w/o is and others thought it was overtraining.

Lisa, I have IMAX on VHS too. It does get frustrating to ff and rw. My DH had an interview just over a week ago. I really would like for him to get this job. The wait (for me) to find out if he got it or not is frustrating.

Marietta and Terri, Yay for doing BM. Pretty soon BM2 will be out! Did you guys order it?

Sabrina, I'm with you asking for some of Marietta's energy.;-) BM AND cardio later!?!

Dallas, I'm glad you made it to the Pilates class last night. I put a MTV Pilates DVD in my Netflix queue. Which one do you have, Pilates or Pilates Mix?

Hey Guys!

I wanted to check in again...just like I said I would.

Dallas - I do all sorts of programs on the elliptical, no specific one. I just remember which I did last and then pick the next one and get to it!! I always increase the resistance and I keep it increased the entire workout. Glad you enjoyed your class sounds wonderful!!

Terri - Did you get BodyMax done. From your earlier post, I think you were looking forward to that workout weren't you? Glad you had fun last night...always good to hang out with friends. I read your post on the "Are we Fat" thread. It is very frustrating...that's why we just have to do what we think is best...we will never, ever be perfect...it won't happen. The more we try to figure out, the more confused we become. Just relax and be happy is what I say. I like to read and learn, but I know that everyone is different and if something sounds "reasonable" I might try it or I might not...just depends on how I feel. Hang in there...

Nicole - I've got to figure out how to work this in...I think that from the added butt work I've been doing in the last couple of weeks, I can already tell a difference...I think. Sorry about the sick kids...hope they get better.

Diane Sue - Glad the back is better....hope that soup was good!!

Susan - Hey you!! How are you feeling after your workout...a little sore maybe?? Yep...I ordered BodyMax 2...sure did! Give those boys of yours BIG kisses for me.

Susan/Sabrina - So I guess I'd better not tell you guys that I went for a 5.5+ mile run at lunch today...Come-on, there is not that much cardio in BodyMax...maybe 30 minutes total...right? Think about it...Or maybe I'm just crazy!!!

So...I'm gonna get off this forum (I think)...I'll be checking with you guys tomorrow.
