Morning Ladies -

This morning I did TLT Finding Your Core and then the aerobic sections from Better Burn Better Buns.

Diana Sue - yes, P90X yoga (and most Power Yoga) does work your legs really well! I remember those days! Prior to my neck injury, I did a lot of Power Yoga and nothing gets those legs like tons of warriors and chair positions. My husband did a P90X rotation last year at this time and I remember how sore his butt and legs always got from that. I wish I was allowed to do sun salutations. I miss Power Yoga.

Sorry I haven't been around much. It's been crazy at work. Thank goodness it's Friday.

Morning Ladies!

I am getting ready to go to class, in Peoria again. It is from 8:15 - noon. We get breakfast! Woo hoo! :9 After class DH and I are going out to lunch without any kids. lol I then have to go have my fitting for my dress. I hope it is all done so I can bring it home. I will have DH take some pictures so you ladies can see it.

So, how many of you tried doing squats with heels on last night??? Come on admit it!! LOL!!! (for those of you that have no idea what I am talking about read yesterdays post). Marietta did you try it???

Good morning Ladies!

This morning I did IMAX3 and some tricep and ab work. I may do a short run at lunch today...we'll see.

Lora - We do miss hearing from you during the day, but we certainly understand...

Sabrina - Gosh...I had every intention of trying to do that last night, but just didn't get around to it (smile). I remember having to practice walking in heels when I competed...just never thought to try and squat in them...you are a riot!!

Marietta ~ I'm envious of you getting in Imax 3! Just when I think I'm ready for more impact I feel pain in my foot. x( I must have really done something to it! x(

Lora and Diane Sue ~ You all are making me want to try out P90X. What's the difference between all P9OX and the others. Is P9OX the best one to get?

Nicole ~ Thanks for the info about the db rack.

Yesterday, I only got in Mix It Up. That one was not my favorite of the SS. Today, so far I did Firm It Up. I got my dd ready for school, fed the kids, and now I'm heading back down to do a CM segment. I'll do more just not sure what at this point.

TGIF everyone,

Today will be imax 3 and it is not my favorite workout. I may have to modify on the impact as my knees have been bugging me a bit this week. I also want to do a SS workout later. I did get HSC and the first half of MIC done yesterday but not a SSa as my day was crazy busy and then we too ky dad out last night. It was so fun and my dad and my son were laughing the whole night. It was good to get him out for a bit.

Dallas-Are you going to go to the doc about your foot? Sounds like maybe you should.
Sabrina-Have fun at your class and we are waiiting to see that dress! How about a squat pose in the dress and heels :)
Lora-Hopefully today will fly by and you can have a nice weekend
Marietta-I am jealous that you are done with imax3. I know you love it and I wished I did :)

Hey Everyone,
Today I did 30 min. on my airdyne, oh and I rode with my Jolies wts on. I love those little things:7 LOL Then I went down and did Firm it up. I was so happy to see Debbie today!!

Terri I got a urban rebounder last summer, and I when I do my workouts, and the high impact is getting to me I go over and do the high impact stuff on it. I love doing those genie hops on it, and my heartrate does stay up.:D

Dallas bummer about your foot!! Listen to your foot:D, and if it is still bothering you I agree with Terri go see a Dr. Btw if you end up buying that db rack......You will need 10mm to get it together. I thought I could put it together myself, but ended up getting my dh to do it:7

Marietta Imax 3 is one of my favorites!! I wish you lived near so we could all come and take a class with you:D Would'nt that be fun!! Have you always done so much cardio??? I am feeling pretty good about my getting in extra cardio this week. It is growing on me again.;-)

Lora each time I do the TLT's I am liking them more, and more, and they are becoming more challenging. I definitely can see a difference in my core:D

Hey there I'm back!

I ended up doing CM#2 and a 30 minute incline walk on the treadmill. My foot felt fine doing that. I go back and forth about the dr. Maybe I'll look into that Sportplex by my house. Their memberships are so much cheaper, and I could do the elliptical and bike for some different cardio for awhile.

I'm so glad I have the SS to fall back on for awhile. Nicole & Terri did you see this thread:

My ds stayed home from kindergarten again. He was running a fever. I tell you Motrin is like the wonder drug! ;-) We're supposed to take the kids to see The Incredibles on ice tomorrow. I sure hope he can go.

Hi Darlings....I back!!

Guess what? I went out and ran at lunch...what the heck is wrong with me??!! Actually, I really just LOVE to workout. Okay...tomorrow, I shall rest...

Dallas - Not good about your foot...something has definitely made it uphappy. Really, I would go to the doctor. I may not rest but I will listen to my body and if something is hurting I check it out...because I figure if I make matters worse, that keeps me from working out even longer. But in the meantime, I think going to the SportPlex for some low and non impact workouts is an excellent idea. Hope your little one can go see Incredibles on Ice...sounds so fun!!

Nicole - I've always done a lot of cardio. I love to lift weights and I found that if I don't do enough cardio, I look to muscular...doing the cardio keeps me pretty lean. This weekend, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I will most likely finish my dance and work on a solo dance that I have been asked to do.

Diane Sue - I think that you are really sore because you are doing something different. I'm sure that's what all that's going on...

OK, ok I called a foot doctor. I guess that's where I should start? She's actually a neighbor, but the office is closed for the weekend. I guess I was afraid to go to the doctor because they'd tell me to give it complete rest? I'll give it rest this weekend. I'll do just upper body, abs and yoga this weekend. ha ha! I can't go completely without a workout. ;-)

Marietta, Terri and Nicole ~ Thanks! I guess I need a push to call a dr.

Sabrina ~ How was your date 'day"? I actually like those better than date nights. Tonight was our scheduled dn, but our babysitter is getting her wisdom teeth out. Ouch!

Dallas - That's great that you called the doctor/neighbor...now all we have to do is get you into the office!!

I know...I'm really believing that I'm going to rest tomorrow...but my body will probably be on auto-pilot and do something anyway...what can I say?

I did imax3 and I know whyy I dread it. I find the choreography hard. Maybe cause I need to do it more? :) So now later is a ss and that will be it for me for today.

Dallas-I am glad you called the doctor!
Nicole-I may go look at re-bounders this weekend. I may look silly but I want to do some jumping on one before I buy :)

Good evening,
I am trying to get some things done here and banking etc. done. I am going to my daughters tomorrow for a family adult member get together of games. Then I am keeping my grandson overnight. I have been so busy I am kind of behind on housework and stuff. Today I did IMax3 intervals 5-10, CTX S&Intervals intervals only, CTX power Circuit, cardio and lower only, then P90X Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X and 200 kneeling and resisted crunches on the Bowflex.

Marietta I think you may be right that it is doing something that is different. I am into my third week on this now. It is good doing something that is really different.

Dallas, I hope you see improvement in your foot soon. Yes I am counting the days till DH comes home

Nicole DH is doing really well. He has made great strides in Iraq. You are right we will be like newly weds. Then we always hold hands and stuff anyway. It will be fun being off alone together for a whole week:)
