Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did Ab Ripper 200 (P90), P90 Masters Sculpt 5/6. I lifted heavy and did lower reps. I jogged in between to make it aerobic. I then did about 10 minutes of Fat Blaster Turbo Jam and 25 minutes of Yoga Complete premix "Good Morning".
Fat Blaster was totally different than any of the TJ's I own. It was less kicking and punching and more regular athletic aerobics. She does a lot of impact, high jumping, etc. I only did 10 minutes of it though. The music is the same as it was in the past ones. I wish they'd come up with some new music.
Yoga Complete is a set of 3 DVDs, Yoga for Inflexible People, Yoga for Weight Loss and Yoga Complete for Everybody. THese 3 DVDs have TONS of premixes on them. They were recommended to me over at VF. I'm not sure if I like them. Maybe I just haven't done a premix I like yet. It has beg, interm and Adv levels and anywhere from a 20 minute to hour routine on them. I don't like them cuz they are pieced together like the Push DVDs. All of the postures are recorded and then spliced together to make a workout. I'm gonna post over at VF to find out the best premixes before I give up on them.
Diana Sue - I have all of the TurboJams but the one I got last night had Cardio Party 3, Fat Blaster, Totally Tubular and Kick, Punch and Jam. It also came with 1.5 pound weighted gloves and a B-line resistance band. Two of the workouts are 30 minutes and 2 are about 50 or so. Tubular is a resistance workout, Fat Blaster is intervals and the other 2 are Chalene's kickboxing (I assume).
Terri - No ....no car yet. It has to be driven here from Chicago. They only had 1 car the exact way we wanted it and that's where it is. I probably won't get it until Friday or Saturday....I'm guessing.
Have great workouts everyone and I'll try to check in from work.
P.S. I can't wait to get my Amy Bento DVDs. Did anyone else order them?
