Morning Ladies -
This morning my rotation called for an "active rest day" with some light cardio or walking. I had every intention of doing lower intensity aerobics, but since I grabbed my TurboJam Live DVD, it was impossible to keep the intensity down. I really can get my heart rate up with Turbo Jam...more so even than with most of Cathe's kickboxing. I had it in the 150's and 160's....so it was a short intense workout.
I have to work the early shift today, as I have a doctor appointment.
By the way - if I don't check in one day soon --- my computer is on it's last leg and I have to go see about getting a new hard drive this weekend....so if it dies.....I won't be around for a while.
