Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Check-in for Tues., Sept. 26

Just finished Back and Biceps X. WOW! Doing pull-ups and biceps in the same workout d@mn near killed me! I alternated between 12's and 15 lbers. for most of the biceps with 15 reps. This workout also has other back exercises like one arm rows and stuff. I used 20's and 25 lbers. for all those. I'm beat I tell ya. Busy day for me. Sorry I didn't get any personals in. :(

I ended up just doin low impact premix on Kick Max and barley could do that! Oh well tomorrows my off day

I think the reason i'm so sore is I'm doing cathe's Jan rotation 90 min cardio then i went to the gym on sun. and did legs. I should of done upper body:)
