Suz - your system could be adjusting to the medication. I know recently when my sinus meds were all switched, I had a horrid headache for about 7 days until my body adjusted to the new medication. If it doesn't go away in a week or so, I'd ask the doctor about it ...or the Pharmacist. Yes, once asthma is under control and you use your inhalers as prescribed, you shouldn't really have any flare ups. The only time I have an asthma attack and wheeze is if I do extremely intense (IMax type) aerobics and my sinuses have been draining all night (and I didn't use my rescue inhaler prior) and when I get extremely upset, I get so I can't breathe and start to wheeze...stress induced.
ETA: Oh...also -- I remember when I was first diagnosed. When I went home from the doctor's office, I cried and said I was "defective". I adjusted to it though....now I"m just used to costing the household a fortune in medications between my eyes, sinuses, asthma, and stomach problems. LOL. (I think my DH is secretly planning to trade me in for a newer "less defective" model).
Diana Sue - I like the Goofy Foot and Spin your Basic Move. Did you do the entire workout? Did you like the music and Seasun?
