Marietta yep I hit those abs... I am really going to work those things.....So they will be in tip top shape for the summer:7 You will have to let me know how you like cardio coach... I have heard that vol. 5 is good!! Let me know if it is bike friendly
Dallas and Terri yes today was a *FUN* workout day...Although I forgot what a KILLER workout HSTA is

All those leg press!! I needed them though haha. This is still a part of my Susan rotation.. I tell ya girls... If you want a good rotation just ask Susan:7

I will say it again you really have made me appreiate ab. work ad ons... I never really did that before.. It will come in real handy for my next rotation. Oh the TLT's have made me stronger in the core....doing Me and Bootcamp was lots easier then it had been in the past.
Christine HSTA has MEGA leg press's. I think it is more of a challenge than HCE.... Hope you got your new TLT's today... I LOVE Jens... Enjoy!! Hey and would you please QUIT grinning sheepishly:7 LOL
