Morning Ladies -
Ugh...it's Monday again! I didn't want to get out of bed. I slept until a bit past 2:30 am. I figured I needed it since I've got this GI flu or whatever it is. I did P90 Masters Core Cardio which is some cardio some ab work, some leg work and some pushups. It was 50 minutes and then I did Unlocking Athletic Power, Power Yoga by Baron Baptiste (30 min).
I even did a few down dogs yesterday and today to see how my shoulders handle it. I know chataranga's bother my upper back deep in the intrascapular area, but I'm hoping with time - it may go away. (According to my doctor - it won't, but we'll see).
Dallas - so sorry to hear about your brother. I will keep him in my prayers.
