Hardcore Fitness Maniac Machines 2/08/2007

When I got home this evening, I also did some cardio. Working up to at least 30 min. But for now did 17 min. Better than nothing.

Also, correcting my weight lifting; I'll get the hang of this soon:

No Deadlifts
Bench press on ball 3 sets (2) 15# dumbells = 30#'s
Inverted shoulder press sitting 3 sets (1) 12# dumbell
Rear Delt raise on ball 3 sets (2) 5# dumbells
Kickbacks (2) 5# dumbells
