Today I did Cardio Coach #7 and I am so glad I'm back to these workouts. The time goes by so much faster.

this morning, I did Imax 2 & MIS abs. I plan to pump some iron this evening not sure which workout, but going for a total body, minus legs.

I did Amy's ASC 3 through to combined combos 3 & 4, took 60 minutes. Wanted to do more but thought DH was leaving early and that I need to have DD ready early, but that is Thursday not today.:mad::confused::(:mad::(:confused::eek:
 
Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Posting my workout from yesterday. I decided to work chest alone. I will work triceps, do MM abs and bike later on today. Short ride.

1 minute rest between each set.

CHEST
Incline Dumbbell Press:
30's - 5/5/5
25's - 12/12
20's - 15


Dumbbell Press:
35's - 5/5/5 (very happy I could do these with 35's..HAPpY HaPPy!!!!
30's - 10x's (oopsy..alittle heavy..trying to make 12 reps..oh, well)
25's - 15 (last rep hurt like the devil)


Decline Dumbbell Press:
30's 5/5/5 (stuck with 30's on these cuz I don't want to struggle while on decline and have dumbbells fall on my face).
25's - 12
20's - 15


Decline Dumbbell Flyes:
25's - 12/12
(already feeling the soreness in my chest big time...could not make it to 15 reps).

I have some really good DOMS from this!!!! For once..I HAVE CHEST DOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

My workout is done. I took the girls to school this morning so had to split the workout up. I did Rumble before I took them to school. When I came home I warmed up again with Amy's Step Challenge 3 w/up and combo 1&2, then I did abs 1&2 and finished off with Hi/Lo Knockout Abs. Total calories burned was 919.

Debbie, I just read over yesterday's checkin. Thanks for the compliment on my Avi:D

Linda, I have done that too, thinking I had to rush only to get all done and find out I could have done the whole workout that I wanted to do. I ended Rumble early today, then looked at the clock and thought I probably could have got the abs in too before I left. I think I got up to early 4:30. Probably could have used more sleep:)

Diane Sue - have you looked on ebay? I got some great deals on new videos there. I got really ripped off on the Beach Body web site so I try to order other places. You should check out ebay.In fact I just checked and you can get the entire set of 6 DVD for 44.94.
 
Ally - How are you feeling? I think I read on one of these checkin's that you hurt yourself with this rotation? I hope you are doing ok.
 
Wow Legs were just short of an hour.. shortest leg day ever! (..and I still got 24 sets in hmm..)
We'll see how good it was by how I feel tomorrow ;)

Legs-
Full Squats 5 X 8 used plates under my heels so I could go below ll - very different
Rear Lunges 3 X 10
Firewalkers 3 X 64
Sissy Squats 5 X 12 ss w/
HS Curls 5 X 10
Sgl Leg Squat 3 X 10 damn anything one legged is soo hard for me. My deformed feet and twisted legs make it near inpossible to balance on one foot --and then hold weights!!

That's it.. followed with the worlds greatest chocolate coconut protein pancake again! MMM.. have enough batter for one more maybe tomorrow :)

..I wonder how good it really is for a hardcore maniac ;)
