This has been a horrid workout week. I go out of town tomorrow for our biggest meeting of the year and the week before is always too busy, but all weeks have been too busy as of late. Yesterday I did Jari Love's Get Ripped and Chiseled - something like that - upper body only, and abs from 4DS. Today I did legs - what little I had time for. The good news is that our hotel has an awesome gym so I'm taking CC with me and will get some good cardio and free weights in. After standing all day, it will feel good. I'm also taking good stuff to eat b/c all they have is crap at those places. I'm a bit envious of the above workouts!! :)
 
It took me all day to get back here. Then I type a whole post and go back to look at something and lose it. I had to go out and pick up another grandson from school early today. Been a busy day. Tomorrow I am hoping to try my new one on one with Tony workout plus some lower body work. Two of my grandchildren did it after school today LOL They love Tony and the Kids dvd. I am not doing so well on getting enough calories. I have tightened up my diet even more and I feel like I am eating a ton of food. Yesterday I ended up with 1818 calories. Today I am at 1471. I am trying to cut out some of the dairy because of the sugars.

Dallys, I would love for you to send me the shoulder moves from that workout.

Teddy, congratualations on the new grandbaby. I bet you are excited:)

Linda, I have had neck and trap area pain before and it ended up being strain from looking down for very long periods of time. Once i was working on tax stuff a couple of whole evenings. Recently it happened and I had to move my computer. I was looking down at it from a barstool a lot. Once I moved it to the table where I could look at it straight on I quit having the pain. Also gave me a headache along with it. Maybe it was something like that.

Suz, you do need a catchy fun name for you fitness camp. That would be great if you could get a grant to help. Funny about the water. you are supposed to drink that cup of water. With all of the coughing that I have been doing I have refilled my water bottle many times today.

Sonya, I think one of the things I love about Christmas is the music and the smells and the baking:) I like to watch all of the Christmas movies.

Debbie, take care of that shoulder.

Shana, it sounds like you have it all worked out to get your workouts in while you are gone.
 
Hope everyone had a good day. It seems I am the evening exerciser of the bunch, lol.

I went to the rock wall at one of the schools I teach at today. A friend took me and he's been several times, but it was a first for me. I attempted the 35 ft wall three times. First time I got about half way, then got scared and shakey, second time made it all the way, third time about three quarters and was pretty shakey. When I came home I did the calves, upper body from Body Max 2, abs from BM2, then abs from Amy's Hi-Lo Knockout.
