All the discussion of such rich delights is making me hungry. BTW, I had popcorn last night. Know I shouldn't, but I caved. I usually stay consistent with eating the same good things everyday, but lately towards the evening I have been bad, but I know not often and I will be fine.

Anyhow, here is my workout for the day:

Your hair looks great, Suz! WHere did you get it done at? I'm always scouting about for good things for my hair. =)

Yesterday I didn't workout since most of my day was either work or visiting BF. For today, though, I did Core, Shoulders, and Back from Amy's Slo Mo (although I don't like some of the core work, so I substituted other stuff), then the abs from Tracey's HISM 2.
 
Diane Sue...ok when I read you kept poptarts in the house for your GRANDCHILDREN I had to check out your profile. I can't beileve you are 56 young! WOW! You look amazing.

Suz, when I did P90X I skipped the yoga too!!!!!! I see Teddygirl is starting it too. Tony got on my nerves, I ended up doing the workouts with music only!


Today was a rest day (yea!) but tomorrow is PUB and abs.....and TGIF!!!!!!
