Was able to get on computer real quick before dh. haha!
Anyhow, just wanted to say I have dropped 5 lbs and now 115 since last week from eating more tunafish. I am having a rest day today. My eating this way is working more for me. I don't mind being 120, but if I can see my abs more at 115..that is much better and liking it. This is my new meal plan:
Meal 1: 3 eggs, lite wheat toast, 1/2 grapefruit (yesterday had some fried potatoes with green peppers and onions cooked in safflower oil)
Meal 2: 2 Breyers Lite Yogurts mixed with 20g of protein powder
Meal 3: Tuna fish (straight from can), salad, sugar free banana choc pudding
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Tuna Fish (straight from can)
