Hi Char - Yes, tomorrow is Avon. Oh joy. Getting sick of Avon days, thats for sure. Extra money comes in handy though. Sorry you couldn't do your bike ride, I know how much you love those. You had a great workout, though! 150# squats is nothing to sneeze at! Woo hoo!

Lora - CC #4 is a killer. I can't believe how challenging that workout is for me. I hope your back feels better, that sucks! I missed the last 20 minutes of GH, for some reason my vcr didn't tape the whole thing. Pissed me off.

Diane Sue - Please let me know what you think of the Itread workout, I never did the one I listened too. I'd like to hear your opinion on it.

Dallys - I can't believe I picked CC#4 either. I had just done #1 and #2 not too long ago and did #3 yesterday so I'm working my way down the list. LOL!

Amber - I'd start with either #1 or #2. They are 35 minute workouts.

Janie - Thanks, I'm still batteling this heacache. Where the heck is it coming from?
 
Charlotte - you always confuse me. Does TAL sell imps? Are you buying imps or bottles from Ebay? I always wonder why you purchase on ebay on not the Lab or TAL.

No, you can't get samples for Tal's. Thought you knew. I got the vassagjaajakjdljaldj (lol) sample off ebay and bidding on others...bottles right now. I usually order my bottles from TAL.

If anyone has any "HELLO MARY" juice..let me know! I need to get out of the tired blah stage and get some of ya'll "crazies" energy!!!! Gonna do ab ripper with my son today. Hubby is also working out tonight which is rare as he usually works out on weekends.

Toasty - I did know about TAL not selling imps...but I thought maybe they changed something since I last heard. I really like Vasakajja and Svadapaotika (or however you spell them -- have few of each...they are my fave's of the Herione's. I also like Abshikara & Khandita which were a suprise to me. Carnivale Diabolique's hit was Tiresias the Adrogyne and of course, the Snake Pits....as previously mentioned. How much do people sell imps of LE's over at Ebay ...single vials?

Dallys- wow - good for you doing the entire 70" routine. I bet that felt good after work! I wish I had the energy to do stuff after work (when I have a job). I know what you mean about wimpy weight in the Vedral workouts, but isn't that the way all instructors (besides Cathe) are?

Deb - oh...so you missed GH too. I wanted to find out what happened with Jason & and Elizabeth as far as him asking her to marry him. I think CC#4 is the one with those 3 minute interval/hills towards the end, right? I think that's what did my back/foot in. I had the treadmill turned all the way up (and I really probably should still be easing my way into it).

I'm gonna go look thru my Kundalini DVDs and see if anything jumps out at me. I need some good Karma!
 
Lora - Liz turned Jason down. Jason and Liz decided to tell Lucky and Sam about the baby being Jason's but Liz didn't want to because she thinks Lucky will lose it again. So far, no one has been told. Sonny and Carly got together at the end of yesterdays show and made love, it was a hot hot scene, too. (I taped GH on two vcr's yesterday and was able to watch the last 20 minutes this evening.)

Jen, great workout. Perhaps a little more protein and little less carbs, or less fat, might relieve you of the tired feeling.

This is what I did today with Gym Style legs, and on Marcy. I did as heavy with weight as I could do. Much of what Cathe used.

Floor work Legs
Tibialis anterior toe pulls
Glute squeezes on the ball
One legged Roll Outs on the ball (this goes right into glute presses)
Glute Presses on the ball
glute tucks w/step and band
Roll In's on the ball
Inner thigh squeeze on the ball
Inner thigh lifts w/band
vertical outer thigh press w/band
outer thigh raises w/band
Stretch

Squats 3 sets 10 reps with 35 #'s
Leg curls for quads, 3 sets 10 reps with 35 #'s
Leg curls for hamstring 3 sets 10 reps with 25 #'s

Hi all! Tonight's WO was Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix followed by Booty Sculpt and Abs. It was my first time through with both workouts. Ooohhh man, I do not like doing workouts the first time...I feel so uncoordinated. :( I really liked the sculpting much better with this "Live" series. No weighted gloves this time since I was learning the WO. During the sculpting DVD, I stuck with 5s and 8s until I have it down better. I felt kinda' tired today. I am trying to lose weight, so I have been trying to lower my calories and increase my workout intensity, but I think I didn't eat enough today. I usually have 3 meals (whole grain cereal & piece of fruit (b'fast), lean cuisine (lunch), chicken & salad(dinner)) and 2 small snacks (piece of fruit and some almonds or walnuts). Over the past two days, I have eliminated both snacks, just to see what would happen...and no shocker here....I ran out of gas. I am trying to get down to around 1500/1600 calories a day (without artifical sweetners as much as possible) and can only seem to get to 1700/1800. I feel good at that level and my WOs feel fueled at that level.

Any advice for the weary?

Hi Everyone!

Late check-in for me! Tomorrow we have an all day in-service so no checking in again! :( This morning I only got in 40 minutes on the bike - CompuTrainer. So tonight when I got home I did another hour on the bike - CompuTrainer again. Felt good. Tomorrow morning I think I'll do Power Hour. Gotta do something that will give me the energy to sit there ALL DAY LONG tomorrow! I think next week I'll start lifting Body for Life way for a few months. What do you think? Three days of lifting and three days of cardio. End of March I'll add in extra cardio probably 2 days a week so I'll have 5 days of cardio and 3 days of weights. That will get me ready for cycling.
