Hardcore Fintess Maniac Hotties for 12/23

Hey again! I got a workout in!:eek: Did 30 day Shred and did kettlebell swings for the cardio segments. I then did the shoulder drills from Total Body Solution. All is good with the world now.:)
 
Diane Sue - So is it Rachel's rotation that has made you more cut? Why do you think it makes you more vascular? I can tend to get that way too, especially my forearms and hands but I also start noticing it in my biceps.

I think I'll go ahead and order the Gym Styles since you all are recommending them. It will be good to mix it up a bit now and then, especially when I start my base training for cycling b/c that will be boooooooorrrrrrrrring cardio!

Dallys - I'm glad you got in a workout. Me, you ask? Nope! Not yet! I swear, I'm SUCH a slacker right now! I'm going to end up doubling up again, dang it! DH just downloaded a movie for me on my laptop. And I have to go order more workouts since I'm working out so hard. Oh, and I see that Victoria's Secret is having a sale and I need to order some bathing suits for Mexico. I'm going to burn up that poor credit card!
 
Only had time for the 40 min DM Cardio Blast. Going to dinner with friends.

Suz...You work really hard so I don't think 1 day will hurt w/out a workout! But knowing you you will do one later tonight :D Have fun bathing suit shopping!
 
Thanks Sonya. I'm still sitting on the couch. But I do have all night. I just watched the previews of the Gym Styles. Good thing b/c I decided I wanted the High Step topper too. I think Gym Style Legs might kill me. I have to make friends with my big ball again. We don't like each other that much. Have fun with your friends! And Happy Vacation!!! It's here!
 
Suz, I could not imagine you not liking the Gym Styles. They are great. And Sonya just reminded me how great that floor workout is. I think you will love it and what it does for you. Yes, it is Rachels rotation that has made me so cut. I do think the 4 weeks will be all I can do though. It is tough. Lots of weight training. My arms show so many veins even up into the shoulder area when I get really lean. That is the way it is now. Have fun swimsuit shopping.

Sonya, I love the Drill Max cardio blast. I think that one burns major calories and can keep burning long after. I hope you had a fun dinner.

Diane Sue - That's good b/c they're on their way to my house! :) I'm going to go look at Rachel's rotation. If you think it's tough though it will KILL me! Is Drill Max Cardio Blast one of the premixes that is done without any of the weight stuff?
 
Suz...I've seen your posted leg workouts (always very impressive) You will do fine with gym style! Yes, DM Cardio Blast is the one w/out weights. It is one of my favorites! Did you find a bathing suit?

Diane Sue...Glad you liked the pizza. It is yummy but best part it is so easy to make!

So I do really well with my eating...in fact tonight at dinner I ordered the chicken vegtable soup but when I got home I caved and had a cookie and piece of fudge!....it was good! :D
 
Thanks Sonya. But something about me being in charge of my leg workouts and having Cathe being in charge is totally different. :) I have to keep up!

I did order 2 bathing suits that were on sale and they both had the removable push up pads in them. Of course they had free shipping on $100 or more and I was at $98 so I had to find something else to order so I ordered these cute little sweatpants that are cut off just below the knee but are tight at the knee. They were on clearance too and probably the price of shipping. Perfect! I hope the suits fit. I'm really nervous about the sizing. According to their charts I should have ordered an XS for the bottoms. AS IF! So I ordered smalls. I still worry that those will be too small but we'll see. I posted a question on OD about how true the sizing really is. :confused:

Good job on your dinner! A cookie and fudge won't kill you. After all, YOU'RE working out, unlike me! If I'm going to fit into a small I better quit doubling up on my workouts and keep up. :eek:
