Hardcore Fatloss Rotation Question

Hi Cathe,
I'm doing the Hardcore fatloss rotation. I'm just curious why you have us working our core two days in a row. I did a segment of coremax yesterday and now today I did Muscle Max which has a core segment in it. My core was so "tired" from yesterday's workout that I didn't do a very good job. I wondered what the reason is for this. Thanks, Lora
 
Most people believe that abdominal muscle can be worked back to back but if you have a lot of soreness I'd just skip the abs in MM. When you're sore you're not working to your optimum level and it's pointless, IMO. I treat abs like every other muscle group and leave a rest day between. I think you'll see better results if you do 3 or 4 intense core workouts a week.
