So, I just ordered Hardcore Extreme and holy cow I am getting winded just watching the video clips!!

Hardcore lives up to it's name . TOUGH STUFF!
My fav is the hi/lo (Low Max/Imax 3). Interval blasts + legs is incredibly hard. You have the blasts from Imax3 + kickmax + leg conditioning drills . Nothing works me harder than this one, NOTHING . I would suggest that you eat a balanced snack of carbs/protein beforehand to get through any of these 70min killer workouts.
