So, I just ordered Hardcore Extreme and holy cow I am getting winded just watching the video clips!!

What's your experience been with these workouts?

Hardcore lives up to it's name :eek:. TOUGH STUFF!

My fav is the hi/lo (Low Max/Imax 3). Interval blasts + legs is incredibly hard. You have the blasts from Imax3 + kickmax + leg conditioning drills :eek:. Nothing works me harder than this one, NOTHING :eek:. I would suggest that you eat a balanced snack of carbs/protein beforehand to get through any of these 70min killer workouts.

I recently bought this one & tried the imax3/low max interval. It's hard physically & mentally! It's a little to complex for me. Can't wait to try the other ones:)
 
It is rough...all 3 of them! I really think it's the hardest of all Cathe's DVD's. But that being said, I'm glad I own it :)
 
i've never tried the low max/imax3 hi/lo one....but i think that one might be in the works now.....sounds like a super toughie one....thx for this one:)

Hi There!

Hardcore Extreme is definitely a tough tough compilation. I haven't done that one in a while. The one I really like is The Terminator. It's a compilation of Cardio & Weights, IMAX 2, and Muscle Endurance. All the workouts on this tape are good and really hard. You'll know you've worked out when you're done. Hope this helped. I just finished the Hi/Lo one for the first time. The last 10 minutes or so I was begging Cathe to stop. I made it through but those last kicks and jumps were barely leaving the floor. Hope I didn't scare you too much! ;)
 
Pam, be scared and preview the workouts before you attempt. I do the one Natasha does and it's challenging.

This one is also my fave. It's one of the toughest cardio workouts I do. So fun though!
