Hardcore extreme

Hi there,

Hardcore Extreme lives up to it's name: HARDCORE!! Very advanced, high impact, challenging. I believe it to be Cathe's toughest cardio w/o (in a league with CCC and Imax3).

You get 3 w/o's each 70min:

1) Hi/low- Step combo's w/Imax3 & LowMax (including blasts). My fav w/o of the 3.

2) Interval blasts+legs- Imax3 blasts, Kickmax intervals w/leg work. The toughest out of the 3 IMO. Think you are advanced? Well try this one out for size. Your legs will be begging for mercy. Extremely challenging.

3) Circuit training- Imax3, Kickmax & High Step Challenge intervals :eek:. You get cardio & weights in one toughie. Very fun!

Of course you should get it! If you want to really push yourself and can handle the high impact, go for it! You burn mega calories and plus, if you don't own any of the w/o's (LowMax, Imax3, Kickmax, HSC) then you get a taste of them.
