HardCore Extreme?

Hello everyone,

I need your advise. What do you think? Should I get this for days I really want a challenge? I have the Timesaver DVD, but I hardly use it. I can't figure out why, is it because I'd rather do the full workouts--SJP or KPC? I'm concerned that I won't use it as much. Does anyone use this often. I have almost all the DVDs,--The Hardcore Series, Intensity Series, & Body Blast series. I don't have CTX Express, I'm toying around with that one too. But first, I want to get this one. Help! :)

As you probally already know, these workout are a compliation of IMAX3, Low Max, Kick Max and High Step challenge. This DVD has has three sections:

1 - interval training wtih circuit training
2 - high impact and low impact intervals
3 - interval training with high impact condition drills as well as leg conditioning drills.

Each section is 70 minutes in length. Since I didn't get any of the Harcore Extreme series, I just bought this one. I like it. It makes me wish I bought the series. It is really tough. I try to do one workout at least one a week. I like #2, hi/low intervals, I have used that one the most. I find #1 a litte annoying with all the changing of the step heights during every interval. #3 is my least favorite, I don't like the leg drills at all, but the cardio portion is fun.

Hi Katrina,
I think it's worthy getting. I have the whole series, but enjoy using the HCE to add variety. It's a nice mixture and a really tough set of workouts. I like having the option of bouncing back and forth between different workouts on HCE, too, by using the Mix and Match option.

I like the Terminator, too, though!

So many great choices..:) :)
