Hardcore Extreme- Premixes?

Can someone please tell me if the Hardcore Extreme has premixes other than the 3 that last approximately 70 minutes? Thank you so much.:+

There are no premixes, but there is a mix-and-match feature so you can combine the segments in different ways.
