I'm schedule to do this workout (Hardcore Extreme Interval Blast W/Legs Premix) and my left knee, the bad one, doesn't feel quite right. I'm worried about overtraining. I'm known for that . I'm not a huge fan of Imax 3 because of all the high intensity jumping. This workout has a lot of that in there, plus the sections from KickMax which are also high intensity.
Any ideas for what to sub? Would any step workout work?
FYI: I did HSTA yesterday and Butts and Guts on Sun. if that helps.
