Hardcore extreme encouragement or pointers

Hey all...I just got hardcore extreme for my birthday and tried it this a.m. after viewing it. The step stuff from IMAX 3 is so freaking tricky at times...ugh!!!! x( I have only done the #3 one for legs and it has kick max and IMAX 3. So tell me are the other ones, #1 and #2 any easier. I have not had time to view these yet and it will be a few days before I have the time so I won't be doing them anytime soon. So do you guys have any words of advice or pointers or just any plain ol' thoughts on this workout. ;-)

I know it is probably a tougher one but I do not want to give up on it and will love the feeling when I get it down.:D I think maybe after about 3 or 4 times I should have it better. I really do like though.
 
Great choice with HC Extreme. It's "extreme" for a reason. I personally enjoy segment #3 the best because there's less adjustments of the step and no weights required...but man is it one tough, HIIT workout.

Imax 3 is by far the most complicated (and I think fun)choreography so just be very, very patient while learning the steps. It will come with time. Many will warn you about the high impact factor of this workout, but if you are like me, and you have good joints, then you will enjoy this for a long time.

I think I completed the workout (#3), once from beginning to end, with rests, of course!

Yes, it's definitely hardcore. You will get it though. Just do not give up. You will be so proud of yourself when you do. It took me a couple of months to learn the whole routine and several months to complete it without breathing at my maximum heart rate. I am in terrific shape due to Cathe's excellent series.

P.S. they only get harder, but not too crazy. It depends on what are your strengths. You will look and feel so good when you complete them. Do not let them intimidate you. Like Cathe says, embrace the challenge. It really works when you say this to yourself. If you imagine the results that you want, you will definitely achieve them. I hope this helps.
