Hardcore Extreme-changing risers

I was just previewing hardcore extreme and am thinking of doing workout 2. This combines Imax 3 and lowmax. Is it a hassle to change from 1 set to 2 set of risers? Do you lose your heartrate? Also, has anyone tried doing the whole workout on 3 risers? If so, what was it like?

Just really looking for some feedback on this dvd. I have the terminator dvd and the gauntlet is my favorite on this dvd.

Thanks for the quick response Carole. Glad to see I'm not the only on missing the Road Trip! I'm doing this workout tomorrow after MM. Should be good and tired when i get done with those 2.

Hello!

I actually did. I was not getting intense workout on 6 inches for the Low Max but too difficult for the Imax 3. It really did not take that long and gotten better and faster once I got used to it.
 
I keep my step at 6" too...the KickMax Blast Challenge is tacked onto the end of the Hi/Lo, so that more than gets my heart a-pumpin'!:eek:

Thanks for all the feedback ladies. Well I did do this w/o on Sunday and was really beat by the time I finished. I did MM first.
I used 8 inches up until IMAX 3 intervals 6 & 7, thought better to save my knees on these two.

It only took a few seconds to change the risers, and to be quite honest, I needed the breather. That kickmax challenge kicked my bu**, in a good way.

I will be doing this one again.
