Today's workout was T25 Gamma RIP'D UP, 30 min., 173 calories. I then did Pyramid Upper Body, 57 min., 320 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow Mandala Namaskar, 10 min. 40 calories. Total time was 97 min and calories burned 533.

No workouts yet this week. My knees are still bothering me so I thought I'd give them a couple more days. I may do a Cardio Coach tomorrow or I may rest for the rest of the week. We'll see how I feel. I'm doing well with my eating so I have no worries there. :D
 
This morning's workout was Low Impact Series step challenge, 51 min. , 336 calories. I then did STS Ab Circuits yoga based abs, 15 min. , 40 calories. I finished with 10 minute solution 5 day get fit with Amy, power yoga segment 11 min. , 31 calories. Total time was 77 minutes and calories burned 407.

Debbie, I hope the knees get better. A rest never hurts when the eating is on track.
 
This morning's workout was T25 Focus Gamma Extreme Circuit, 30 minutes, 215 calories. I then decided to try Tracy Anderson Perfect Design series level III. I had to modify a couple of moves because my leg could not take the pressure of holding in a plank that long on the chair while moving the other leg and I could not do the side plank without one knee on the floor while raising the other up , back and forward. I really do not think it was the best thing for my knee as it is now hurting worse than when I started.
I guess that one will be shelved for awhile. I kind of thought the motions might be some good mobility work. Total time was 80 minutes and calories burned 452.
 
I thought that I posted yesterday's workout. I did Cathe's Low Impact Circuit cardio blast mix but stopped part way into the second combo. It had too many turns that were making my leg hurt. So, I added the abs from that workout and went on. I then got on the spin bike and did X train Ride first 4 songs then the final tempo song and the recovery stretch song. I finished with Calorie Blast Yoga sculpt and yoga core. Total time spent was 80 minutes and calories burned 400.
I will come back with today's workout which will be upper body :rolleyes: I really am tired of making adjustments. My physical is Thursday. Hopefully things will look up soon. It is mostly things like jumping (not just hops) and pivots that seem to aggravate. This includes too much twisting in yoga as well. It is really getting frustrating.
 
I did T25 Focus Gamma Pyramid, 30 minute, 182 calories(less than usual), Pyramid Upper, 58 minutes, 352 calories, and Shiva's Yoga Shatki Basic Flow minus the shavasana, 31 minutes, 94 calories. I got a good burn on the other two workouts so I guess Gamma was my warm up :) Total time was 1 hr 59 minutes and calories burned 628. Everything went well. No aggravating the leg. It feels better this morning. I messed up when I did Tracey Anderson Wednesday.
 
Today's workout was X all out low impact hiit floor and disc mix with core 1, 38 min, 218 calories. I then did Cycle Max, 57 , min 409 calories. I finished off with Zuzka's Cut Power Yoga, series 1, warm up, warrior endurance, bonus abs, and cool down, 22 minutes, 94 calories. Total time was 1hr 57 min and calories burned 721
