I have decided to make myself try a few workouts I have never done but have had for awhile. I started today with Jillian's Shred it with weights. I did start this once a long time ago but when she started doing jacks with a kettlebell I quit(I had too heavy of a kettlebell) I did the level 2 workout. It was an ok workout. I don't like the way she does the swing throughs. I did not go that far. I figured I would throw my back out or something. This was 28 min and calories burned was 208. I used 1 10# and 15# kettlebell. I then did Kelly Coffey's 30 Minutes to Fitness Muscle Definition Full compilation adding the abs and 75 standing calf raises toes pointed in out and forward 25 each with 25lb db's. 94 min, 478 calories. Total time was 2 hr 2 min and calories burned was 706.
