I cant wait for the new workouts to come out! It is soooooooooooooooo windy here today! I just had my yard done yesterday by my gardener and it looks like a war zone! Today I did Xtrain disc #3 Chest only. I am very tired today so I thought I would take it easy. I have a varsity football banquet this evening so I didn't want to workout hard and be wiped out for this evening.

Incline Chest Flies (This was suppose to be a burnset but I wanted to do flies instead. I cant really do pushups because it hurts my right shoulder and I don't want to irritate it)
