Hardcore Check in February 2014

Today I did Sharon's Zero to Sixty, Zero to 26 combos. I have not don't that mix yet. It includes the w/u, abs, and Str with combos not broken down. 26 minutes, 124 calories. I then did STS disc 19 Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps, 69 minutes 267 calories. Total time 95 minutes, calories burned 391. I felt I worked much harder than that silly HR monitor said. I am kind of wondering if the battery needs changed since it is sporadic on how it picks up the HR. It has been a year and a half since I sent it out have the battery changed. It is not one of the ones that you can do yourself.
 
No workout for me today. I could not sleep last night and when my alarm clock went off I just reset it to a later time. Tomorrow is another day...
 
Today I wanted a good calorie burn quickly. I did X10 the total workouts, 81 minutes, 689 calories, Then I did the abs from Lean legs and abs, 10 minute 48 calories. Total time was 91 minutes, calories burned 737. We have the realtors coming at 10 for a walk through tomorrow. I really want to do STS disc 20 legs. I guess I will see how soon I get going. At least we do not have to leave the house.

Debbie, I sort of wanted to sleep and do a short workout this morning but dh alarm went off and since I was awake, I just went for it. Fell asleep sitting on the couch this afternoon though.
 
Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. I will have to add to weight soon, this is getting way too easy. I'm just afraid to go too heavy. I've been feeling really good lately and don't want to mess that up.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 10 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 130#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#
Barbell Curls - 27#

Squats - 20's
Incline Bench Press - 55#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Upright Rows - 27#

Lying Barbell Tricep Extensions - 27#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Bent Over Rows - 10's

Today I did X train all out low impact hiit premix floor work, 22 minutes, 139 calories. I then did STS legs, week 3 meso 2. My calories burned was 329 and time was 49 minutes. I finished off with the Extended stretch. 86 minutes, 513 calories.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Not a great workout as I really didn't feel like getting on my treadmill. In fact, it took all I had to get me on my treadmill. Just didn't feel like working out. But I did it and I'm glad I did.

Workout was 36 minutes, burned about 330 calories and traveled 2.179 miles.

Hope you all have a great workout today! Wish it would start getting warm. I'm so tired of winter.
 
This morning I pulled out Amy Bento Ross Body Box. I have only done the first combo and a bit of the first interval a couple of times. Today I did combos and intervals 1-3 and the stretch. By the end of the combos I was getting the moves pretty well. I have been afraid of this with the knee and modified on the first interval with the jumping. It was really not as bad as I thought it might be for the knee but, then again it is healing up nicely. I really like intervals 2 & 3. 4 looked good but I haven't done it. This was 62 minutes, 436 calories. I then got on tread climber intending to do 20 minutes but since I was listening to a pod cast that was 30 minutes I went 32 minutes. Calories burned 309. I finished off with Rapid Fire 4 core and stretch, 16 minutes, 75 calories. Total time was 150 minutes, 820 calories.


Debbie, good for you getting it done anyway. I am sure you felt good for doing it :)
 
Today I did Run Fit and had a great workout. I'm off today so it was nice sleeping in and getting my workout in when I was wide awake.

Total workout time was 52 minutes, I ran 3.25 miles and burned about 488 calories.

Today I did STS disc 22 chest, shoulders, and triceps, 44 minutes, 234 calories. I then did Party Rockin Step #1 premix timesaver #2 (1&2 mix) 31 minutes 206 calories. I finished with the Tread Climber, 20 minutes, 201 calories, HR Avg 141/max151. Total time 95 minutes, calories burned 641.
 
Today I did Amy Bento Ross Body Box entire workout. 72 minutes439 calories. I then did Cardio Core Circuit functional core mix, 7 minutes, 37 calories and Les Mills Combat Core Attack using a 20# dumbbell when a dumbbell was used, 17 minutes, 87 calories. I finished with Zuzka Z Cut Power Yoga Series, Crescent series, warrior endurance series, balance and plyo series, and cool down, 26 minutes, 134 calories. Total time was 2 hours and 2 minutes, and calories 797. I don't generally hit 2 hours with my workouts anymore. But after I got started I decided to do all of Body Box since I had not done the last combo, interval. I also had not done the plyo series in the yoga yet. My husband and I also took the dogs for a walk at the park yesterday :)
 
No workout for me yesterday, I had a touch of food poisoning. That was fun...

Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. I added some weight to this workout as the last one I did was way too easy.
