This morning I started with X Train all out low impact hiit w/u and floor, 19 minutes, 129 calories. I then used the tread climber for 45 minutes, 3.5miles, 483 calories. I finished off with Art of Flow Yoga with Zuzana, 49 minutes.,149calories. Total time was 1 hr 53 minutes and calories burned 761.
 
Today I chose Cardio Coach #5. Haven't done that one in a long time and it's not one of my favorites. But I had a great workout and did very well with it.

Total time was 52 minutes, burned 438 calories (maybe more) and ran 3.25 miles. :eek:

Today was T25 Speed 3.0, 27 minutes, 301 calories, avg hr 18 max hr 183. I then did STS disc 16, 65 minute, 393 calories and Ab Circuits non partner med ball abs 11 minutes 72 calories using a 10 and 15 # med ball. Total time 1 hr 42 minutes and calories burned 766.
 
Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. This is a repeat of last week but I changed it a little and went up in weight a little.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 10 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 110#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#
Barbell Curls - 27#

Squats - 20's
Incline Bench Press - 55#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Upright Rows - 27#

Close Grip Barbell Press - 45#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Overhead Tricep Extensions - 20#

Lying Tricep Extensions - 10's
30 Second Planks

Ran out of time but I did this workout with no breaks except for when I changed exercises. I was sweating pretty good.

Today I wanted to keep it low impact so I did Rapid Fire 4 Boxing no blast mix with core, 43 minutes, 243 calories. HR was not there on this today. Avg 109/ max 137 Really not the usual the whole workout. I then did the Tread Climber, 34 minutes, HR monitor says 310 calories which would be a met value of 9 which I think is accurate. The tread climber read out gives the same HR as the monitor but it says I burned 430 :0 I will have to check out the settings because I thought I put my weight in there. I did unplug it for awhile the other day to do maintenance. Avg HR was 137 Max HR was 159. I finished with Les Mills Combat Inner Warrior Stretch and Strengthen, 18 minutes, 82 calories. Total time was 95 minutes and calories burned 635.

Hi everyone! Today I did a cardio coach mix - my Candace mix from her #6 Cardio Coach and her Run Fit workout. I love this mix, it's so fun. And it's such a high calorie burn and I get way over 3 miles with this one. So I'm happy and I did very well with it.

Total time was 62 minutes, I ran 3.78 miles (almost 4!) and burned about 547 calories.

So the weather dudes blew this storm out of proportion again. They called for 8-10 inches by morning and we barely got 3. It did start snowing pretty bad from 7:30 to now but it seems it has stopped for a while. I hate when they blow these snow storms up to more than they are but I guess it is hard to predict since Mother Nature has it's own ideas! LOL!
 
Today for an extra warm up for the legs I put in Lower Body Blast and did the warm up, cardios, and sit and slide, 15 minutes, 97 calories. I then did STS disc 17 legs, 48 minutes, 337 calories. I did not up the weight too much this time. I am only 4 weeks back to lower weight training after the knee surgery. Max weights for the dumbbells was 31.5. I will get my strength all back. I just don't want another injury. I followed withP90X Ab Ripper X2, 16 minutes, 68 calories and finished with the c/d Neuro Integrated stretch from P90X 2 PAP lower body, 11 min., 24 cal.. I really like the stretching done in P90X2 and this one is all lower body. Total time was 90 minutes and calories burned 526. I wish the Beachbody workouts had chapter lists like Cathe does though. I can get them from the P90X app thought.

Today I did Imax 2.

Do you guys watch The Biggest Loser? There has been so much about the winner Rachel's weight loss, she lost 155 pounds and is 5'4 105 pounds, she did look thin but I think/hope that the last week the contestants really tighten up their diets and start a normal diet after the show don't you think?? Although Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper looked shocked just seeing what your thoughts were if you watch the show.
 
Workout was Cathe's Party Rockin step #1, 54 minutes, 428 calories. This was quite fun. I had not done it yet in it's entirety. I then did Ab Circuits Yoga Based Abs,15 minutes, 76 calories and finished with Jillians Yoga Inferno workut #1, 33 minutes, 214 calories. Total time was 1 h 42 ninutes and calories burned 718.

Roselyn, both my husband and I thought that she was bordering on too thin. I hope that she can balance it out and stay healthy. Edited to say that she had to lose that much to win.

Debbie, nice workout again. You are doing well putting your own stuff together.

Today I did Cardio Coach #2 revised and had a good workout. I like certain parts of both #2 and #2R but I don't like them as their are on their own. I think I'm going to make a mix of those two workouts with my favorite challenges on one workout. The thing about the one I did today is the warmup is only like 4 minutes and then you go right into the first challenge. I need more than 4 minutes to get warmed up and get my HR up to begin a challenge. So I'm going to put together the two and see what I can do.

Total workout was 37 minutes, I ran a little over 2.25 miles and burned about 357 calories.

Roselyn - I seen it on Fox 8, they were talking about it there. She does look really thin. I'm wondering where all the fat goes. I'm assuming she had some surgeries but how do they do all that in a 6 month time span? Or does that show go on for a year or more? I never watched it so I don't know what the time frame is for all those people to lose the weight.

Diane Sue - Thanks about my workouts. I like doing my own thing. :)

Debbie, that show is only 6 months so I don't think they have time for surgery, I do know that they wear girdles to hold look tight, (at least that was one season i heard that) I think the weight loss is so fast and dramatic for that short of time, but maybe the money incentive was it and she will gain some back
 
Today I did STS disc 18,back and biceps. I increased some of the weights but not all. I moved barbell rows to 70lb which was a 5lb increase. Barbell curls up to 45lb from 40, alternating curls I started with 22.5 lbs for 12 reps but had to pull back to 20 which is where I was last week. Maybe I am just not pushing hard enough. It went pretty well though. Not a lot of breaks to figure weights. I followed with the Tread Climber for 35 minutes, 310 calories. Total time was 1 hr 50 minutes and calories burned 716
 
Today I did Cardio Supersets 42 minutes, 280 calories. This was lousy to me but fun since I have not done it in quite some time. I then did Ab Circuits weights and plates abs, 18 minutes 95 calories. I then did the Tread Climber for 32 minute, 269 calories. ( I figured out my problem with calorie burn as it was the goal oriented settings where I do add my info and the difference with an instant workout that is not G.O. that has a default of 150lbs) I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow Mandala Namaskar segment. 1 hr. 43 min., 691 calories.
 
I felt a need for some relaxing yoga so I did Yoga Relax this morning rather than taking the day completely off.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a great workout!! I ran .25 miles more on this workout than normal so I guess I was really into it. Had fun!

40 minutes total and ran 2.5 miles. Burned approximately 360 calories.

Diane Sue - Nice job with the yoga. Sometimes we just need that.
