Hardcord Fitness Maniacs for week of Sept. 23

Today I did Run Fit and had an excellent workout. Love this workout, it's been a while since I've done it.

I did X train biceps, triceps, and core 2 followed by X train Burn Sets biceps and triceps. Time was 86 minutes 418 calories. I am still waiting for the insurance to authorize an MRI for my leg. So, I am trying to be careful with it.
 
Today I did Push/Pull. Had an ok workout. I like this workout. I did total body today because I have to be at work by 7 a.m. Thursday so I'll miss one of my lifting sessions. Thought I'd just do it all today.
 
Today I did X train chest and back skipping all of the shoulder segments except the upright rows tie in with the back and followed with Burn Sets chest and back. I did 10 minutes of Chalene's recharge. DH called and was coming in for lunch so I just stopped. Really it was kind of aggravating my knee and I was trying to adjust my positioning to make the stretch more comfortable. Total time was 1 hr 40 minutes and calories burned 396. Tomorrow I will hit shoulders.

Debbie, how is your mother's eyesight? I have been praying for her.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Sean. I haven't done this one in a while. I kicked butt with it. Had a great workout. I'm so excited that I'm loving cardio again, especially running.

Diane Sue - My mom's eye sight still isn't that great, but they told her she wouldn't even start seeing a difference for 2 months. The doctor said 2-6 months, could be up to a year before her eyes adjust to normal. I notice small differences so that is good. Thanks for asking and for the prayers!
 
Okay workout is finished, X train burn sets warm up and shoulders, pyramid shoulders, X train core 1, Hoop It, Jackie Warner Crunchless abs standing, Shiva Yoga Shatki shoulder openers and lungs, 95 minutes, 384 calories. I am not going to get the MRI. The insurance said no so they are trying to get me in for an X ray here so I don't need to make another trip. I am trying to change up my eating and taking a new approach.
Meal plan today: 1275 calories: 70 gm fat; 57 carbs; 96 pro; 23 sugars 18% carbs;51% fat;31% pro
I may need to add some protein in here somewhere. Not sure what yet. I really have not been very hungry lately.

I finally got somewhat of a workout in. I got the X ray done after Dawn called this morning, but now have to wait till my doctors get them.
I did Burn sets Biceps ad Triceps followed by Pyramid Triceps and Biceps with the stretch. Total time was 70 minutes and I burned 346 calories.
 
No workout for me today. Yesterday was a long day and I was just beat. Felt good to sleep in. Hope you all have a great day and great workouts!
 
This morning I did Burn Sets chest and back followed by Pyramid Chest and back, then X train core 1. I then did Amy Ross Step Challenge 3 abs 1 with the kettlebell and Kettlebell Dynamics abs segment and stretch. That is all I had time for since we were headed out to get things set up for the homecoming parade.

Debbie, sometimes we just need that extra rest. Enjoy your day:)
 
Workout today was X train burn sets w/u and shoulders followed by Pyramid shoulders, stability ball abs, stretch. 188 calories 40 minutes. I then did Jillian's yoga meltdown (couldn't do the crow with my knee like it is) then Shiva's more daily energy foundation heart flow, 153 calories, 50 minutes. Total time was 90 minutes and calories burned 341 calories.
 
No workout Saturday, we were visiting my son for Family Weekend down at Missouri State, so GOOD to see him, came home today and did Focus T25 Speed 3.0.
 
Today I did Yoga Relax. Yesterday we went out of town and helped with my daughter and her husband moving. Hopefully this week I hear something on this knee and leg issue. It seems a little better though but I am getting pretty tired of sitting around a lot :rolleyes:
Good news yesterday, we are going to have our 8th grandchild :D
