Today I did Run Fit and did just ok with it. I should never do this workout on a Monday, I'm just not ready for it. Wednesday's seem to be my best running days. But anyways, I did it all and am glad I did.

Today was Les Mills Combat Extreme Cardio Fighter 54 min, 456 calories. I then did X train burn sets biceps, 14 min, 108 calories and 100 rep bicep challenge 6 min, 46 calories. I finished off with x train core 1 and burn set stretch, 14 min, 71 calories. Total time was 89 min and calories burned 681 calories.
 
Today I did Yoga Max by Cathy. Had a really good workout.

I'm ready for spring/summer. I'm sick of this cold weather and rain/ice all the time. It's getting old. Bring on the heat! :eek:
 
This morning I did Les Mills Combat 30, followed by X train All out low impact hiit double step premix, no w/u 26 min, 205 calories, I then did X train burn sets, triceps and shoulders followed by the delt bonus, 41 min, 229 calories. Total time was 97 min, 634 calories. I also added Shiva Rea's Power Yoga flow back bend segment 14 min, 55 calories.

Roselyn, glad you liked the workout :D I didn't notice that I had put no stretch after the Step until after I had done it. I was trying to keep the time down. There is a brief stretch on the Delt bonus and I always do the Combat stretches.

Debbie, you are missing today. I hope everything is okay. I have better workout days for some reason. Yesterday I was full of energy. Today I was sort of draggy.
 
Today I decided to work my legs. Not sure what possessed me to do legs, but that's what I did. I will not be able to walk tomorrow!

Squats - 55# - 3 sets/10 reps

Leg Press Station - 145# - 3 sets/10 reps

Elevated SLDL - 55# - 3 sets/8 reps

Plie Squats - 30# - 3 sets/8 reps

Static Lunges - 15's - 3 sets/8 reps

Calf Raises on Leg Press Station - 145# - 4 sets/20 reps

Stretched real good afterwards.

Today was all out impact double cardio floor, tabatacise 2-3, cardio blast leg all strength barre from xtrain legs, loved this workout Diane Sue.
 
Workout today was XTrain for all, started with All Out Low Impact Hiit Double Cardio Premix, then did Tabatacise tabata's 2 & 3, 48 min, 419 calories. I then did X train Cardio Leg Blast strength only premix 37 min, 266 calories and Legs Barre bonus 15 min 88 calories. I did the stretches and w/ups so total time was 1 hr 40 min and calories burned 773. My legs had a great workout. My 5 year old granddaughter is coming either this evening or sometime in the morning. Not sure how much of my workout plan I will get in. We will see. I am looking forward to it :D

Roselyn, I thought this one really hit those legs well. By the time I got to the barre work they were screaming at me :)

Debbie, nice work. Somehow I missed your Yoga Post yesterday. Sorry:eek:
 
Today I felt like doing cardio. I should have done yoga to stretch out my legs, but just didn't want to do yoga today. I'm pretty sore from working my legs yesterday but not as bad as I thought I would be. I chose Press Play and did the whole workout. Had a pretty good workout.

It's snowing here. I thought it was spring?

So my mom's surgery is pushed to March 29th now. I guess they have an emergency surgery to do Tuesday when she was suppose to have hers. If it's such an emergency, why don't they do it this Friday?

Kind of sucks that it will be on Good Friday, but my mom seems to be ok with that.

I have my granddaughter here and her parents spent the night so I wanted to visit this morning. This afternoon I got my weight work in. w/u, Burn Sets chest and back, Str. Finishing with X train Core 2. I will try to make up the Combat 60 live on Sunday. Family will be here on Saturday so I will have to get up early to get the workout in. Oh and I burned 210 calories doing the weight work. Generally Combat live would have been over 400.

Debbie, that is interesting that if it was an emergency the other person would have gotten in immediately.
 
Today was yoga and I did Yoga Relax by Cathe. Felt good, I really needed it. My legs are still sore from Wednesday's workout and yesterday's run.

I'm so glad it's Friday! :)

Today's workout was Les Mills Combat Lower Body Lean Out, 29 min, 215 calories. I followed with the X train cardio leg blast cardio only premix, 36 min, 261 calories. I then did 100 rep challenge hip thrusts and 100 rep challege scare crows 13 min, 59 calories. I then did added Combat Core Attack which is scheduled for tomorrow but, I have family all coming and need to be done as quickly as possible, 17 min, 89 calories. I finished with Combat strength and stretch 18 min, 72 calories. Total calories 696 and time spent 1 hr 52 minutes.

Debbie, it sounds like the legs needed the yoga:)

Roselyn, sorry I have had to deviate from my plan a bit. I wanted to start P90X2 and next week there is things coming up. DH will be off for 3 of the days. Our 40th anniversary is Wednesday. He wants me to get up early to go to some function he does on that day so I am not sure how it will all work out but I do know I will fit some of it in :)

Today was X train hard strikes, tabatacise 4 and 5, 100 rep lat challenge and 100 rep tricep challenge.
 
Today was X train Hardstrikes no stretch, 43 min, 320 cal. i then did Tabatacise tabata's 4 and 5 and stretch, 17 min, 143 calories. I followed with X train 100 rep challenge triceps,7 min, 100 reps. 8 #, 23 calories, then 100 rep challenge scarecrows, 5min, 23 calories. 509 calories. I did do a couple of short segments from a new yoga workout with this, about 8 min mostly ab work, 11 minutes 30 calories.

Roselyn did you get in the Combat Abs yesterday? I have been so busy all day with grandchildren and family.
 
oops, Dian Sue, yes I did get the Combat abs in , forgot to list.

I love following your rotations and when I think ok you are done I think no, Diane Sue is plugging through so keep going!! These really were some awesome rotations, looking forward to P90X one.
 
Today I caught up my workouts and did Combat 60 live. I also did an hour of Yoga workout that I just bought called Calorie Blast Yoga. Umm!! It does not really blast calories. Pretty basic stuff. I think the second half was better but it uses weights (they used 3#) I used 5#. It has a lot of core in it. It is made to divide into 3 workouts 20 minutes each and a core workout. The woman that led it reminded me of The Flexible Warrior workout from spinervals. I got sort of tired right off of her straddling the people doing the workout when they did up dog and pulling back on their shoulders. Anyway, I hope it grows on me a bit. I think I will use the second half more than the first.

Roselyn, next week's workout will probably be quite a mix. I want to check out the two new P90X2 workouts, add some cardio etc and since I will be gone duing the week I will need to work around that. So, the real rotation will start the week afterward. I will still do some of X2 though.
