Yesterday, ended up with 5 stitches in left ear. In regards to disc 3, I wanted to mention the only routine I wasn't crazy about was the sequential lunge into front kick combo, for me i thought it was a bit to much, having weights in ,hand, next time I will sub it for, hm...... who knowss maybe side kicks. Okay, I am off to get busy. I have my family over for dinner today. Have a wonderful day everyone
