HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR WED MAR 16

Sorry ladies, I have a feeling my checking in will be sporadic for quite some time :(. Getting very busy & trying to crunch down for the NASM cert, plus I got a nice cold brewing
 
This morning I did Intensity,58 min, avg hr 137, max 164, cal 450. Supreme 90 Day chest /back 27 min, 157 cal, no w/up or st, Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow Creative Roots segmentb13 min 55 cal. Total workout time was 97 min and calories burned was 662.
I noticed it is quiet. I had 2 of my grandaughters here overnight and was getting ready for DH coming home for a week. I picked him up at the airport this morning. I will try to get here everyday.
BTW Supreme 90 confuses me on chest and back because they say 3 sets and it feels like they stop at 2 on some of the circuits. I just pause and finish.
