HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR WED DEC 22

Cardio, I did Cardio Interval burn and an Hiit 15.

Mother-in-law coming in today for the holiday from Omaha, expecting a snow storm here in time for it to be a white christmas, we don't get many in St. Louis right on Christmas.

Have a good day everyone.

Roselyn-you can keep that snow :D Last year we had a Christmas blizzard  Nice workout

Debbie-you are really rocking out that rotation you made for yourself, how'd the inner thigh do on the TM?

Yesterday I did Turbo Fire 30, it was a VERY long day :( I also joined weight watchers, and am pretty impressed with the changes they made to their program (actually, it's been overhauled from the looks of it). I am at my 3rd heaviest weight ever and no amount of exercise is helping get rid of it. I needed something to shake it up, I don't know my official start b/c this week seems like a VERY bad week to start a food overhaul. I think I will just do the best I can the rest of this week and next. :)

Roselyn - Hope you have a good time with your mother-in-law. And I'm glad you are getting snow! If that's what you want! LOL!! We are suppose to get some on Christmas Eve and Day here so that will be kind of cool if it isn't too much.

Theresa - I didn't run on my treadmill so my inner thigh was ok. It only happens when I start doing the runs or sprints on there. Walking fast is safe. Interesting on the changes with WW. I'm curious as to what? I loved WW when I was on it. If I were you, I'd start on Jan. 2. Why not? It's only 2 more weeks of bad eating, right? That's when I'm starting back to my good diet.

Good Morning -

Roselyn - A White Christmas -- that will be so nice (as long as it's just very pretty and not dangerous. Do we get to make those specifications with the weather?). Good workout today, as ever :)

Debbie - Yah - those look like really good supersets. I really like how the exercises are put together in your rotation. Another great workout for you today :)

Theresa - One of THOSE days, huh? I 've had a few of those sneak me lately. Good on you for getting in a workout, though :) . It would be a hard week to try and make major changes in ... anything, probably. I saw an article about WW changes, but didn't read it very carefully -- just glanced at it. I missed that you guys got a blizzard -- kind of envious. It's been mostly dry and cold and sunny here. We've gotten some rain and a few snow "dustings" that have quickly disappeared. Very odd for this region. DS is still holding out for the White Christmas though and is SURE we'll get snow Christmas Eve. I hope he's not disappointed.

Yesterday, I did Insanity's Max Interval Circuit. Had a heck of a time getting started, but it ended up being a very good workout. Today, I'm going to do the Squat Rack Legs "remix (for lack of a better word)" that I've used the last couple weeks. I'd like to get in some yoga or steady state or ... something, but it seems like I've had a heck of a time fitting in a second (or even a FIRST) workout the past several days. Lots of stuff going on. Some of it is Christmas related, but it's just been kind of chaotic and generally 'weird' lately  . May have to wait to get back to my fuller workout schedule after Christmas. I'll just do the best I can.

Hope you all have a great day.

Lori

Hi Everyone,

Wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I use to be here for a little bit, (a couple of times) and got to know a few people. I see there are some newbies here as well.

It's a great place to hang out and enjoy the variety of workouts you ladies inspire me to do. I still lurk in from time to time to see how you are doing.

After Christmas there is no reason for me not to start the New Year off right then and there. Hubby and I are not going anywhere on Jan. 1, so might as well start the great workouts and start reaching my goal on the 26th of Dec.

I will be true to myself, I will be true to myself...at least that's what I want to happen from then on.

Take care,

Janie
