Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed April 11

Morning:D

Today, started with a 20 minute jog and STS d-7 chests shoulders and biceps.:)

Okay, is it just me April seems to be flying by.
 
Today was total body and I had another excellent workout.

4 sets/8 reps with 1 minute 30 second rest between each set.

Upright Rows - 45#

Squats - 75#

Hammer Curls - 20's

Overhead Dumbbell Extension - 30#

Flat Barbell Press - 75#

One Arm Row - 30#

Need to work my abs yet this week. Friday is my plan.

Rose: I checked out Jamie Eason 12 week trainer program. I like the format, really tho, you could add your own cardio. The thing I do not like is the 3 day rest. But, I tell ya, she has got a body, man oh man.

Debbie: Nice work :) I bet you'd like Jamie Eason workout too.
