Debbie, 95% better sounds pretty good...wasn't that just a couple days ago you had all that pain? When I tweaked my back I was moving like a 90 year old for two days, and then I waited another couple days to workout to be sure. It was pretty crappy.
That's cute your granddaughter worked out with you, Diane Sue. How old is she? When my sister's oldest kid was 3 ish she used to workout with mom and me...mom got her her own hot pink one pound dumbbells. Now, though, she's nearly 14 and about to be in high school, she doesn't seem particularly active. She wanted to be on the dance team, but she's discouraged cuz you have to be able to do the splits. I told her she's got all summer to practice, and besides, she's young! She could learn them easily. I told her even Auntie can do them, and I'm "old"! She didn't seem too motivated, though. =(
Anywayzers, yesterday was no workout due to an all day and well into the night grading marathon.
Today I went to barworks class and it was great...it's a good workout and different, too, which is kinda fun.
