Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues July 26

Today was total body and I had no desire to workout at all. The only workout I could come up with was Muscle Max and I'm sick of that workout. I was scanning my DVD's and seen Supersets and Push/Pull and thought, why not? I chose Supersets and I had a blast and a really good workout. I haven't done this workout in literally years. I remember it being easy but not so today. Got a good sweat going and really had a good workout. Thursday I'll do Push/Pull. Looking forward to that.

What's cool about these workouts is the ab work is mixed in with it, so this week I'll be working my abs twice. :D
 
My workout today started with the w/up and STS Total Body upper and abs no str, 36 min 156 calories, then I did HiiT Coach Playlist 1 BOdy Weight Crazy, this was fun but I need to rework my playlist because some of the songs I put together were not in the correct order also a couple of changes in music I made made it 2 min shorter at 45 min and 274 calories, max hr 154. I then did Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Dome combos 1 and 2 with intervals and the dome workout 47 min, 315 calories, I did an extra 5 min stretch on my own 15 calories. Total time spent was 2 hr 13 min and calories burned 760.

Eats yesterday:
1 1/2 scoop whey with Super Pump 250
2 1/2 scoop whey and 1/2 grapefruit
3 went to lunch with a friend at local mexican restaurant so lunch portion of chicken fajitas with 2 corn tortillas I ate very few chips and salsa since I had just left the dentist and mouth was still slightly numb and tender
4 Clean eating Magazine Chicken Penne with sun dried tomato and fresh pepper sauce. I used carba nada garlic herb pasta

Debbie, I was looking over my worksheets for Push/Pull and SuperSets this weekend. I remember that I always thought they were fun workouts. Glad you enjoyed it.
