Roselyn - No snow day for you? That doesn't seem right. You must have gotten quite a storm. What Insanity did you do? Can't go wrong with those - good work I will probably be picking that back up this weekend. Also, did you know there's a new Insanity follow-up series coming out (Asylum)? It's on the BB site. Hope you stay safe and warm.
Debbie - I've heard nothing but great comments about Rapid Fire. Glad you had a good workout (the ab work must be something for you to LOVE it ). Those are good stats, too. How is your the new addition to your Monkey business doing ?
Yesterday, I did intervals on my elliptical and a few rounds of tabata. Some of these included "tester" moves (slightly more impact and different angled movement patterns). It all felt ok. I was glad about that. No idea what I'm going to do today. Considering something with the Pyramid workouts - maybe STS Full Body. DS is home sick this morning. He has a low fever, headache and his stomach is bothering him.
My workout today was AOS Newport including the bonus round and 5 minute snatch segment 54 min, 441 calories, max Hr 159. I thn did Turbo Fire Hiit 20, 20 min, 161 calories. I followed this with Turbo FIre Core 20 and 25 weighted crunches 23 min 111 calories. I finished off with Lawrence Biscontini foam roller stopping after the shin rolling. 16 min, 56 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 53 min and calories burned 768. I won't do abs tomorrow since I did the two days in a row. I will save them for the cardio day.
Lori, I am glad everything is doing well. I love STS Total Body. I like the trisets Sorry your son is sick.
Roselyn, work would probably not want you to have a snow day I guess your son is on his own. Nice workout.
Debbie, I love Rapid Fire. I had to make myself quit choosing it for my cardio so much. I still have not tried it as one long workout though. I like the abs on this one too.
Quick check in, we are today! Workout felted good tis morning, no rushing at all, no watching the clock, just smooth sailing; a very mellow morning

Roselyn - Nice workout! We're getting snow here too. Suppose to get about 4" by tonight.
Lori - Rapid Fire is an awesome workout. I love the instructor. My monkey are all doing pretty well. Gotta take the new Fuzzy Monkey to the vets to get snipped today. I'll be glad when that's over with.
Diane Sue - I've been doing RF alot too, but I love it and it's about the only workout I have that I want to do right now. That and StrikeZone or Cardio Kickbox Challenge. LOL on pet names. We come up with some good ones!
