HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR TUES FEB 8

Today I did Cardio Coach #2 revised and had an excellent workout. I really like this workout. I reached the levels with no problems and with Challenge #3 I got my HR up to the 160's and wasn't even breathing hard. And my HR didn't feel like it was that high.

Loved it! My inner thigh started to get tight with the last 2 treks but not bad. Knee did fine.

Then I did the stretch from Karen Voight's Yoga Focus. Felt very good!!!

I wish I had more to report yesterday, but all I did was walk the dogs around the block. I felt weird all day, and it didn't get much better into the evening. I have hopes for something better today :D
 
Morning :D

First, I must say my upper body is so sore, it is ridiculous, feels really good.;) I tell you, for me to jump right in and lift a 50lb BB that's impressive for me ^5 myself:D Today, I did cardio, CC #8 I really struggled with this workout:eek:
