Today was cardio and I chose the original Body Max. Did the cardio part and the Ab section.

Had an ok workout.

Haven't done that cardio in ages and remember every bit of it. It was pretty fun but my head is hurting so it was hard to give it my all. I'm glad it was only about a 35 minutes cardio workout. Wanted to do an hour, but just didn't have it in me this morning. :(

Hey Ladies-

It's kind of a drive by week for me, I am SUPER busy at work. I wanted to say hello and give a quick checkin, I will try to get back later for personals

Yesterday I did Firepower (Kettlebell workout using double kettlebells) and Turbo Fire 15 HIIT. It was a great workout and I had a lot of energy....probably b/c I hadn't worked out in 4 days :eek:

Excellent workout this morning, Roselyn. I'm going to try and wrap presents tonight. At least I'm (finally) done with Christmas shopping (mostly :eek: ). Unusual for me to finish this "early."

Debbie - That's a good cardio segment - stats look good. Sorry your head's hurting -- hope that doesn't stick around long.

Teddy - You're rockin' the STS and it's nice to hear your feeling so good :)

Hermia - You made good choices for your workout -- got a lot done in the time you had. Also, it sounds like you've made good headway on the Christmas projects. Bet your house smelled good ;)

Cheryl - Hope you're doing ok :)

Diane Sue - Hope you're feeling better (and visiting the doc/resting, if you're not ;) ).

I just had a pit of a day yesterday. Won't even try to talk about it. No workout, though. Insanity's Max Interval Circuit today -- one way or another :confused:
