Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues Aug 9

Did cardio, Amy Dixon Breathless, this is a tabata based workout and then I did a couple circuits from tabato inferno of supreme 90, then worked legs a little.
 
Today was total body and I chose Push/Pull. I woke up with a bad headache and had High Reps scheduled but didn't think I could get through it. Push/Pull is a short workout so I did that one instead. I skipped the ab section and did the Abs from High Reps. I like those abs, the ones in PP aren't that tough.

Ended up having a good workout and my head feels better now.

Roselyn - Can I ask where you got the Tabata based workout from? Is there a website? I'd like to check it out. Sounds pretty cool.
