Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs May 12

Morning Guys:D

No workout this morning, Yesterday, was such a lovely day, I took advantage of it when I got home :rolleyes: I worked in my yard a few hours, got MUCH done. This evening, I plan on getting a good run in, I just hope it doesn't rain. Have a wonderful day :)
 
This morning I started with Kelly Coffey's TLC Express Cardio Mix stopping at the floor stretch, 10 min 65 calories Max HR 146. Then I did Supreme 90 Total Body skipping the w/up, 30 min, 189 cal.. I followed this with Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Greg Cook High Intensity Metabolic Circuits with resitance bands, 50 min, 377 cal, max hr 158. I had to stop twice during URX-MT to talk on the phone. I wanted to do do a good stretch but I found out that a repair guy was supposed to be returning our weed eater in a few minutes. Well, I finished the UR workout and showered and ate. Still no sign of the guy. I have to hit the grocery store today.
Meals yesterday:
1-coffee with myofusion chocolate whey and coconut milk shake
2-salad with Schwann's chicken fajita strips, veggies and chipotle dressing
3-blueberries, myofusion vanilla whey and plain kefir
4- Tony Horton's Bring it White Bean Soup
Calories-1072; 112 carb;27 fat; 87 pro
Not enough calories but I was over the two days before and workout time was less.

Teddy, good job on getting the yard work done. I need to get out and work on mine. The plan is to plant a few flowers later on Saturday. Hope you get your run in. It rained pretty hard here yesterday. I was sitting in line waiting on the grandchildren to get out of school when the high winds and hail hit:eek:

Roselyn, good workout:) I just did a first time try with a download so I could take stuff with me on my ipad and that Cathe segment is the one I tried. Worked perfectly and dd bought me the composite cable so I was able to try it out on the television:D
 
I have no yard to work on as you guys do...I cannot imagine how I would get that done. I realllly need to catch up on housework. I'll be doing that this weekend. Things will be much lighter work-wise this summer (a good and bad thing), but during the school year it seems so hard to get more than the basics done with anything approaching consistency.

I got my hair trimmed today and found out that, due to my advancing age, I can expect my auburn hair to change to dishwater blond in a few years, prior to going gray. Wonderful.

Today's workout was an awesome yoga class followed by the abs from Amy's Hi/lo knockout. Yesterday was STS disc 19.
 
Hermia, Hi/Lo Knockout abs is a favorite of mine:D I would hate to see what color my hair would be if I let it grow out. As I approach 59 when my roots show they seem more white than the darker dirty blonde color they used to be. Yes, yard work does add an extra chore to one's life. But once I am outside doing it I feel good. Just wish there was more time for it.
