I did a treadmill workout today, just got on and did some hills and sprints for about 40 minutes. I left my cardio stats in my workout room so I can't give the details right now. I know I traveled 2 miles and burned around 328 calories.
This morning I did Les Mills Pump Combat workout 44 min, 350 calories. I then did Amy Bento's In the Ring premix Quick NRG( this is mostly the intervals with a little of the combined combos) 33 min, 243 calories. I have not done that in awhile so those combos were just where I was going oh I remember now and they were done. I followed with Les Mills Hardcore abs. I picked up a dumbbell for some of it., 15 min, 74 calories. I am still not sure how I feel about this. I have done much harder ab work but there are a few moves that I like. I like the instruction too. I finished with Cathe's STD Ab Circuits med ball abs using a 15 # med ball till that last segment and I dropped to 10# . 10 min, 57 calories. Total time was 1 hr 42 min and calories burned was 724. I will be back. DH is calling from another world

I also like Les new workouts......BUT costly, I wish he did not include barbell and weights, don't get me wrong; good for those who have not, he should give us an option, just me 2cents
