Today was chest and back, a 20 Hiit and some ab work, I will post weight later, gotta go help my son get ready for school, weird helping him again (he is 15) but that knee surgery really impaired him

Sorry I have been MIA, I am filling in at another office. The past is fast and my phone doesn't get reception which makes it hard to keep up Yesterday I only had time for a 30 min walk. I went to the chiro and needed something low impact. I wanted to enjoy being in proper alignment for at least 24 hours Today is legs and it will probably be a short workout also.
I did IMAX Extreme this morning, 560 calories,74 min, Max Hr 169. Then I did day 2 of Supreme 90 day Ultimate Ball 41 min w/ warm up & str. I think the w/up &str must be the same on all so I may change that. I burned 205 cal on this. I finished with Yoga Shatki dancing warrior 3,lunge,&supine poses. 15 min 56 cal.
total time was 2nd 11min 821 calories.
Still checking in Well, I made it too work today, argh.....I swear I should have taken the rest of the week off. Soreness is still there, especially in my neck when I land my right hand caught some of the impact and soreness ran up my neck. I am feeling a bit better I can move now my back is still a bit tender.
Teddy, give it a little time and you will be back at it. Sorry that you went to work that way. It had to be miserable. Close to a weekend I remember landing and catching myself with my hand before. Wrist was really tender for awhile.
Roselyn, I am sure that it is strange helping your son who has been able to take care of himself for awhile. I hope he mends quickly.
Debbie, maybe I should check out that stretch. I do have certain ones that I hit a lot that stretch the quads, hamstrings, shoulders, etc. I hit these a lot.
Theresa, yes they cut into the bone so I am sure it will take time, in the mean time, when he gets home from school, my second workout starts, my sprints up and down the stairs
Roselyn. Imax Extreme is one of the three workouts on the Terminator dvd. Each is an extra long combo of other workouts. It does combos of Cardio and weight cardio with the short compound weight segments and then two of the IMax 2 cardio and interval segments. There is 4 sections so you get in all of the cardio and compound weights from Cardio and weights and 8 of the cardio and intervals from I Max 2.
Up and down the stairs sounds like a good workout. It does sound like it may be awhile before your son is able to take care of everything himself.
