Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Thurs Aug 25

Today I did Step Blast (an oldie but definitely a goodie), I am trying to go through my dvds and do them to see what I like and maybe not so like, I have Cathe Step Moves and Athletic Step and I really can't remember doing them, so does anyone have any comments on them, maybe I did them and did not care for them.
 
I got up at 4:15. Laid there thinking maybe I could try to sleep longer and workout after I took the children to school. Then I remembered the insurance claims guy is coming and I have children to pick up this afternoon and there is football tonight. So I finally dragged myself out. Then dh called me when I was getting ready to add a few minutes of cardio to burn a few calories. I did TRX Iron Circuit Conditioning which was pretty much all strength other than the kettlebell swings. This was a good workout. 76 min and 316 calories. I messed up on the turkish get up where Pavel had you doing them for 3 minutes non stop. I didn't realize I was supposed to be alternating. I did the entire 3 minutes on one side. My arm was getting tired:) I used my 14kg kettlebell for most of the workout except the get ups.
I really wanted to do the 4th day of 4 Day Split Chest and Back. Maybe I can still get it in too. We shall see:) Last night I did the TRX Flexibility Workout. This felt good because I have not been getting in the stretching that I usually do.

Roselyn, I have done both of those workouts a lot. Both are good. Step Moves is less intense but the funny thing is that I usually only burn a few more calories with Athletic Step.
