Today, was one of them morning. Last night, I tried out a new chewable sleeping pill. I slept though the entire night; only woke once, awesome. My workout for today was suppose to been Cardio Kicks, even set clock 15 minutes earlier, bc I wanted to also do STS legs. Make long story short this morning, I ended up putting KPC in DVD player, duh, during w/u thinking to self, hm…something is different lol I did not caught it until 15 minutes into workout. So I changed things up a bit and only did the first half of KPC.
Today, I did KPC and Legs & Glutes.

Well, no workout today. Woke up with another bad headache. I'm starting to think I have a sinus infection or getting to the infection part. Yesterday I was dizzy every time I stood up and it's happening again today. I'm going to try sinus meds and if that doesn't work I'll make a doctors appointment. Obviously, something is going on with me.
I feel alot better now and I probably should do a short cardio workout, but I really have no desire to do so. I hate that, I only workout 5 days a week now and if I skip a day it's only 4. Can't make progress doing that.
Ah well, what are you gonna do?

Debbie: Hm...a few ladies on the job deal with sinus and it can be awful, most times. I hope you feel better. As far as my workout, this morn, it wasn’t the greatest, bc, soon as I realized I wasn’t doing CK, I went into depress mode lol really tho Last Friday, I was off work, and did cardio kicks w/STS legs and had freaking blasts, It’s one tough workout.
