Today I did STS disc 24 and the 5 min plank section from Tracey's ...I think it's called Core Blast or something along those lines. I really need to work on core stuff. I remember finding that section pretty easy and today I did not...while it was too short to call really tough, I wouldn't call it easy anymore, so I think I've regressed in core endurance. Sigh.
Yesterday was sts disc 23 and the abs from Low Impact Circuit.
I also ate way too much fried food at Claim Jumper's today. =(
