Today I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Strength Cardio 45 min, 364 calories, Max HR 156. This one does not use the sand weights till the core work 27 minutes into the workout. It is the shortest one. I also did Kelly Coffey Split Sessions Total Body Mix in premix 50 min, 286 calories. I finished with 10 Minute Solution 5 day get fit abs and power yoga segments 21 min, 106 calories. Total workout time was 1 hr 56 min and calories 756. I went to a mother daughter brunch and am getting ready to head out to get my haircut and run errands.
I liked the Split Sessions premix. It alternates between two sets of the two upper body exercises put together and a set of leg work throughout.
Funny thing is I cannot really remember much of what I ate yesterday. I will try.

Today I will not even try since the brunch was pot luck and even though I made mostly healthy choices I did eat broccoli quiche and a cornbread southwestern dish that was yummy along with fruit. So it is pointless to try and list what I ate. Tomorrow is Mothers Day dinner at dd's house so not sure how that will turn out.
