HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR SAT MAR 19

Today I did Intensity, this one always makes my heart rate go up!! So that is good. Then I did supreme 90 total body, this was only 23 minutes but very intense!!

Eats today

B-oatmeal with some cranberries
S-peanut butter/apple
L-salad with chicken
S-greek yogurt
D-? might go out
 
Workout this morning was Supreme 90 shoulders and arms 43 minutes, 269 cal, then I did Intensity Bootcamp 13 minutes 91 cal Max HR 155, I followed with Jackie Warner Crunchless Abs 16 minutes 113 cal, and finished with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow water core and back bending vinyasa 25 minutes 105 calories. Total time 97 minutes and calories burned 578.

Roselyn, I have been doing Supreme 90 in order other than changing up rest days. I did preview and make a work sheet for Total Body. It looks like it would be intense. I am looking forward to doing it. They all are pretty intense though. But some more than others. I won't post my eats right now. Not worth reporting. Not good at all. I will really be buckling down on it Thursday.

Hermia, I saw you posted last night. I will go back and read:)
 
Just got back from yoga class (level 2, 1 hour 25 minutes). It was a good class, a different teacher than I usually go to. It's nice to change things up sometimes.
