Today was Shoulders and Trap and I had a great workout.

1 minute rest between each set.

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 12's/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Alternate Dumbbell Military Press - 20's/8 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)
***Really felt these. I think my 30# overhead press days are over.

Barbell Front Raise - 25#/10 reps - 4 sets (up 5#)
***Tough tough tough. Last set was brutal.

Lateral Raises - 12's/12 reps - 1 set
Lateral Raises - 13's/12 reps - 2 sets
***Was going to stick with 12's because my right shoulder was bothering me, but after the 1st set I decided to go up 1 more pound.

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 16's/10 reps - 3 sets (up 1#)
***Did a "Y" instead of straight out to the sides. Really felt them.

TRAPS
Barbell Shrugs - 100#/15 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)

My workout this morning was 4Day Split Kickbox stopping at the weights then I did thei abs and stretch 47 min, 335 calories, Max HR 169. Then I did Kelly Coffey 30 Minutes to Fitness Muscle Definition triceps and abs 26 min 136 calories. I got a late start and felt I really needed to stop and head to the stores. What ...a busy nightmare!! Ran into an old friend at Hobby Lobby and spent quite awhile talking. Workout was 72 minutes and calories burned was 471. I had a 10% off coupon from Total Fitness so ordered the rest of Cathe's new dvds. Wish I would have remembered Budokon FLow and Flexibility:confused:

Debbie, that is weird. I rarely have problems here at Cathe's.

Teddy, LOL I hardly think of Butts and Guts as an oldie. Now MIS or CTX I think of as an Oldie:p Nice workout though.
