Good morning -
We have two threads this morning. Diane Sue and Roselyn must have posted around the same time. I read them both.
Debbie - Thank goodness there are people like you to cancel out the boneheads

I don't get it either - two families on our block have abandoned their cats. One just left it when they moved

and the other one got a dog and quit letting it inside -- ever (I think it started spraying. It WAS there first and was maybe stressed [?] ). Over Christmas, we had a couple bitterly cold days and DS wanted to go out and try to find them (keep them on our foyer). We looked and looked, but I imagine they'd taken shelter as best they could in a garage or something. Poor little things get socialized -- then dumped. We have four cats

Did not mean to have that many (used to be more), but did the same thing you are doing. I hope the little one adjusts. I know that smell and it is NOT good. The kitty (boy or girl ?) is lucky to have found you. Do you have a name for it yet?
Roselyn - We were supposed to get about a foot, but it missed us. I am perfectly ok with that

. Your weather has been pretty tough this winter, huh? Good workout this morning. Stay safe and warm
Diane Sue - Looking forward to hearing more about the rotation you're thinking about. It sounds good. Glad you'll have your training partner this morning. She seems to take your workouts to the level of action/adventure
Hermia - You must have posted after I did last night (or I missed your earlier post). That would have been pretty late. I will go back and read what you said. Hope all is well
I did some leg training yesterday and it went fine

. Just the squat and static lunge segment from High Reps, but I didn't skimp on poundage or range of motion and my leg seemed to be groovy with it. Felt kind of "iffy" about the plate work; didn't want to push it with the instability and something about that movement pattern just made me ... unsure. Tough, cuz I've really come to like the sliding stuff. Instead, I repeated the static lunge segment, but subbed in elevated lunges for the statics and zercher squats for the deadlifts. That was all. Very hard because I REALLY wanted to keep working out. Cutting it short seems to take more discipline in a way than pushing to go hard. Instead, I cleaned

confused

and kept busy waiting for DS to get home. The town his tournament was in did get a lot of snow, so travel was sketchy. He made it safe and sound and the trip was great for him in a lot of ways. Anyway. Cardio today -- I will probably use my elliptical and also just try out a few more aggressive moves (just a little bit) to see how they feel. I think kb swings should be ok, too.
Have a great morning.
